2. Monthly Plan & Fee

We host your website (keep it live on the internet) and make the small updates in Section 3 at no extra charge, in exchange for a flat monthly fee.

3. Included Every Month — No Extra Charge

Reasonable minor updates to your existing website:

Text changes — wording, hours, prices, contact details, descriptions.
Image changes — swapping, adding, or removing photos on existing sections.
Formatting changes — colours, spacing, fonts, and small layout tweaks on existing pages.
Keeping the site online and fixing anything that breaks on our end.

Minor updates are usually completed within 2–3 business days. “Minor” means small edits to what already exists — not building new things.

4. Work That Costs Extra

Larger work is quoted and approved by you in writing before we start — never charged by surprise. Depending on the size of the job, the one-time price ranges from $20 to $100. This includes:

Full redesigns or a new look for the site.
New pages or major new sections.
New features (e.g. booking systems, galleries, custom forms).

How it works

You ask → we give a fixed price ($20–$100) → you approve in writing → we build it → the one-time charge is added to your next invoice.

5. Missed Payments & Suspension

If a monthly payment is not received within 7 days of its due date, we may temporarily take the website offline until payment is brought up to date.
While offline, the site simply isn’t visible to the public — your content is kept safe and is not deleted.
Once payment resumes, we restore the website within 1–2 business days, at no reactivation cost.
If payment remains unpaid for more than 60 days, the plan may be cancelled under Section 6.

6. Term, Cancellation & Ownership

Month-to-month. Either side may cancel with 14 days’ written notice. No long-term lock-in.
The monthly fee covers hosting and care for as long as the plan is active. If the plan ends, hosting of the site through us ends as well.
Your content is yours — your text, logo, and photos belong to you and can be provided to you on request.
Any domain name you own stays yours.

In plain words: We keep your site online and make small text / photo / formatting updates for a flat monthly fee. Bigger changes (redesigns, new pages) are a one-time $20–$100, always quoted and approved first. If a payment is missed, the site is paused until you’re caught up, then brought right back — your content is never lost.
